My journey into psychology began at the age of 19 — first as a personal passion: helping friends and loved ones, trying to better understand myself, and creating realistic characters for my books. Over time, it became a conscious professional path.
Being largely self-taught in the beginning, I immersed myself in books and psychological research. Later, during ten years of work as a teacher and homeroom teacher, I learned perhaps the most important skills of all: how to truly listen, understand, and support others.
My first “clients” were children and their families. I helped resolve conflicts, improve communication, and work through difficulties that sometimes seemed impossible to overcome.
Life experience and personal therapy also became an important part of my professional development. Eventually, pursuing formal education in psychology became a natural next step.
Today, I am at a point in life where I clearly understand myself, my values, and my goals. I am in a stable relationship, and my professional path has become more than simply work — it has become a meaningful mission for me.
If you or your child are facing difficulties, feeling emotionally stuck, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I invite you to take this path together with me.
