PRINCIPLES
I work both in the format of short-term psychological counseling and in the format of non-medical psychotherapy, within the framework of the psychological approaches and methods I use.

Important Notice
The psychological consultations and methods described on this website are provided exclusively within the framework of non-medical psychological support, counseling, and educational guidance.

The terms “therapy”, “psychotherapy”, and the names of therapeutic approaches are used in their generally accepted psychological and academic meaning and do not imply medical treatment, clinical psychotherapy, psychiatric practice, diagnosis, or healthcare services.

The services presented on this website do not constitute medical practice and are not intended to replace medical, psychiatric, or clinical psychotherapeutic treatment.
No medical diagnoses are made, no medications are prescribed, and no treatment of mental disorders within the meaning of medical law is carried out.
General Principles
  • No esotericism, tarot, ancestral “energies,” natal charts, human design, cosmic healing, “success mindset” cults, manifestation marathons, or “positive vibrations” — only a scientific approach and methods that are evidence-based, time-tested, and effective
  • Confidentiality
  • Mutual respect
  • Honesty and openness (while always respecting the client’s right not to discuss topics they are not yet ready to explore)
  • Individual approach — each client receives attention and a therapeutic strategy tailored to their unique needs and circumstances
Psychological Counseling
Counseling is focused on the “here and now” — addressing behavioral concerns, decision-making, understanding current situations, and reducing acute emotional distress.

Working with Symptoms

The focus is placed on:
  • Current events and circumstances
  • Existing coping strategies
  • Awareness and understanding of the situation
What Does the Specialist Do?
  • Asks clarifying questions and helps explore the situation
  • Helps structure thoughts and experiences
  • Provides psychological feedback
  • Teaches practical skills (communication, stress management, emotional regulation, etc.)
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy focuses on deep underlying causes, inner conflicts, past experiences, and the transformation of persistent emotional and behavioral patterns.

Working with the Underlying Condition

The focus is placed not on a single event, but on the person’s inner structure and personality dynamics.

What Does the Specialist Do?
  • Works with unconscious psychological processes
  • Helps bring suppressed emotions into awareness
  • Explores childhood experiences and attachment patterns
  • Maintains and supports a long-term therapeutic process
  • Strengthens the person’s capacity for deep and lasting change
Principles of Counseling
  • No unnecessary stretching into dozens of sessions — no empty conversations or “filler” work (usually up to 15 sessions)
  • The approximate number of sessions is discussed after a preliminary conversation in messages
  • You describe your request in advance. This allows us to begin working immediately instead of spending the first session on a long introductory monologue
  • Homework assignments are often used in the process, and the speed as well as the stability of results largely depends on their completion
  • My goal is not to prolong the process, but to help effectively and efficiently.
  • If new difficulties arise later, you will know that you already have a reliable specialist you can return to — and confidently recommend to friends or family
When Counseling Is the Right Format
Counseling may be appropriate when:
  • You need to quickly understand a difficult situation
  • It is important to reduce acute emotional distress
  • You need clarity and a concrete plan of action
  • There is no request for long-term therapy
If it becomes clear that deeper and longer-term work would be more beneficial, I will openly discuss this and suggest a more suitable therapeutic format.
Principles of Psychotherapy
  • My primary approach is an integrative method combining CBT, Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis, Psychodrama, and Psychoanalysis.
  • More detailed information about how these approaches work together as a coherent and effective system can be found here.
  • The foundation of this integrative approach is psychoanalytic work, which involves careful exploration of childhood experiences, fantasies, dreams, recurring inner patterns, and psychological defense mechanisms.
  • High-quality psychotherapy is always a long-term process — typically lasting from one year or longer.
  • Results do not appear immediately. The psyche naturally resists deep change, especially when long-standing emotional patterns are involved.
  • However, if the therapeutic process is maintained consistently, the outcome can become stable, profound, and transformative on the personality level.
