Changes in Tuition Fees
Tuition fees may be adjusted twice a year — in January and September.
Students and parents are informed at least 2 weeks in advance.

If a student takes a long break (3 consecutive lessons or more), the lesson fee may be reconsidered upon returning to study.
Lesson Format
Individual and pair lessons. For online lessons, the following tools are used:
  • Audio communication*
  • Miro online whiteboard (registration at Miro is required in advance)
  • Cloud storage for educational materials

* Student video connection may be optional in some cases.

Payment Policy
  • The first lesson may be paid for immediately after the session
  • All subsequent lessons are paid in advance on the day of the lesson
  • In cases of repeated payment delays, дальнейшее cooperation may be discontinued
Contact
  • Feedback for parents is provided upon request or approximately 1–2 times per month
  • Communication regarding organizational and study-related matters is available daily from 09:00 to 21:00 (Moscow time)
Cancellations, Late Arrivals & Rescheduling
Lessons are conducted according to a schedule agreed upon in advance.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • Notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance
  • (in case of force majeure circumstances — as early as possible before the lesson begins)
  • Rescheduling is discussed in advance and arranged based on mutual availability
  • A rescheduled lesson cannot be rescheduled again and is considered completed if missed
  • If the student or parent does not notify about cancellation in advance and does not arrange a reschedule, the lesson is considered completed and must be paid for. In such cases, the tutor prepares and sends an individual independent assignment that must be completed before the next lesson. The work will be checked, and detailed feedback will be provided.

Late Arrivals

  • If a student arrives late, the lesson duration is reduced by the amount of delay and is still paid in full
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice is considered a missed lesson

Preparation for exams

  • Preparation for OGE and EGE requires regular attendance according to the preparation plan.
  • Missed lessons must be made up
  • Unmade-up or repeatedly missed lessons may result in: removal from the permanent schedule; transfer to irregular “available slot” scheduling; or complete termination of lessons
Tutor’s Guarantees
The tutor guarantees the highest possible level of involvement in the educational process, including:

  • Development and distribution of educational materials and methodological recommendations
  • Maintenance of the student’s workspace on the digital whiteboard
  • Selection and creation of individualized assignments based on the student’s level and needs
  • Continuous professional and methodological development
  • Ongoing improvement of lesson quality and technical equipment
  • Regular feedback and communication with parents
Results
The final outcome depends not only on the tutor’s work, but primarily on:
  • The student’s motivation and discipline
  • The student’s own effort and involvement
  • Individual characteristics of thinking and memory
  • General academic background and level of knowledge
  • Regular attendance
  • (absence of repeated cancellations and lateness)
  • Completion of homework assignments
  • Parental support and involvement

In Exam Situations (tests, school assessments, etc.), results also depend on:

  • Stress tolerance and emotional stability
  • Preparation immediately before the exam (reviewing material, asking clarifying questions when something is unclear)
  • Honest completion of assignments (without cheating, unauthorized calculator use, etc.)
  • Physical and emotional condition on the day of the exam
  • Other external and situational factors

The tutor is not responsible for grades assigned by school teachers, as school assessment criteria and expectations may differ.
